Made to Order All THOM TREND products are individually crafted to order at our factory in China. As each piece is made specifically for you, we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
Processing Time Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before production begins. During peak seasons — including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday, and Mother's Day — production may extend up to 7 business days or more due to high demand.
Shipping & Delivery Once your order has been produced and dispatched, it will be shipped directly from our factory in China via UPS or USPS.
